  1. Terms and Conditions

Cykelfabriken Sverige AB reserves the right for any errors on the website or in other materials, and we cannot guarantee that all images accurately represent the actual appearance and color of the products. Your computer’s screen and settings can affect the look.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can always return the item. (see return policy below).
All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police and Cykelfabriken reserves the right to cancel the purchase if fraud is suspected.. Cykelfabrikens Liability is always limited to the value of the purchase.

  1. Prices

All prices include 25% VAT. Cykelfabriken Sverige Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices in relation to changes in currency, taxes, fees, or similar. We also reserve the fault for possible Incorrect prices. Incorrect prices.
When buying outside the EU no VAT is charged. The price will be corrected when you are registered and logged into the shop from a country outside the EU.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

All cargo bikes are shipped to all regions in Sweden, ready-assembled and quality tested.

  • Pick up in store: 0 SEK incl. VAT (Pick-up address will be provided via email)
  • Delivery of bicycles and cargo bikes to all of Sweden: 1600 Swedish kronor, including. VAT
  • Delivery on medium-sized items: 240 SEK incl. VAT
  • Delivery of small items: 150 SEK incl. VAT
  • Vid ombokning eller om varan ej tas emot debiteras ytligare 700 svenska kr inkl. VAT will be charged in addition to the original transport cost.
  • Cykelfabriken will send a separate invoice later. 

Delivery prices can be changed based on the marginal increase from the delivery companies. The correct prices are the ones listed under your selected products 

  • Delivery

When ordering an item in stock on weekdays, the product will be shipped from our warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days thereafter. The delivery times provided are estimated delivery times, and we do not guarantee that the goods will arrive within the specified number of business days, as unforeseen delays may occur. If you have provided us with an email address where we can contact you, we will inform you about any delivery issues that we are aware of. In the event of significant delays that are within the control of Cykelfabriken Sverige AB, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase. Any advance payment will be refunded within 30 days in the event that the consumer validly cancels the purchase. Full right of return applies to consumers (not corporate customers) within fourteen days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in new condition and packed in its complete original packaging. Return address:  will be sent via email. Return shipping costs will be paid by Cykelfabriken Stockholm AB if the original packaging is still available

  1. Return & Exchange policy

Full return and exchange right within 14 days of receiving of the goods, given that you have not used the goods and that they are returned in original and undamaged condition. When returning or exchanging goods, you are responsible for the return costs yourself. If the item is incorrect, we are responsible for the return shipping. You have no right of withdrawal if the product cannot be returned due to its condition. The Distance and Home Sales Act applies, read more at the Swedish Consumer Agency.

All returns are responsible by the customer. Make sure the goods are packaged correctly, use a trackable shipping method.

  1. Right of withdrawal – Consumer Rights and Protection

When purchasing through our online store or telephone, the “distance selling law” applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be in as good condition as when you received it, ie unused and undamaged. Original packaging must be in use. you as the customer have to pay for the return freight with a trackable shipping.   1. Return of goods

Purchase on approval means that you will receive the money back if you withdrawal the purchase and want to return the goods that you bought within 14 days of receiving the goods and provided that the goods are unused and in undamaged condition. After we have received the goods and approved the return, we will transfer the money as soon as possible.

  1. Exchange of item

You can return the item and choose another one within 14 days from the date of receiving the item, provided that it is unused and in undamaged condition.   1. Consumer Complaint of goods

Consumer complaint means that if your goods is incorrect and damaged. If the product is defective, you must complain as soon as possible. Fill out retur form or call us at 08 400 11699 and you will get all the info you need. If you receive an item that is incorrect or incorrectly shipped, we pay the shipping. Once we receive the item and approve the complaint, we will send a new item or transfer money to your bank account as soon as possible.

  1. Special orders

All orders created specifically for the customer, e.g. wwn color or other personifications are not covered by the consumer right of exchange. Your right to make a complaint is not affected by this.

  1. Damages

If your item appears to have been damaged during delivery, report it directly to the supplier or the carrier. Contact us at Cykelfabriken or the carrier will compensate for any of the damage caused during the delivery from Cykelfabriken to you.

Damages that have arisen in connection with a delivery order through Cykelfabriken must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery in order for the complaint against the transport company to be initiated. Cykelfabriken does not pay compensation for transport damage.

When receiving the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the goods are not damaged during transport. Check if the packaging is damaged. The agent / the carrier must note on his /her and your copy of the consignment note that the packaging was broken upon delivery. After this is done, you can sign.

We do not sell to people under the age of 18. If you are under 18, ask your parents to order for you.
